Because our store sells digital products only, there are no physical items to return.

Nature of Our Products

All products sold through this store are delivered electronically, such as downloadable files, digital templates, guides, patterns, or other digital content. No physical goods are shipped.

Refunds and the EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may generally have a legal right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days without giving a reason.

However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (for example, downloadable files or instant-access digital products), this right of withdrawal does not apply or is lost once:

  • you have expressly consented to immediate delivery/access, and

  • you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal

By purchasing and accessing/downloading our digital products where such consent is requested at checkout, you agree that delivery begins immediately and, where legally applicable, your right of withdrawal is lost.

No Returns

Since our products are digital, we do not accept returns of products once they have been delivered or accessed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not provided for change of mind after a digital product has been delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law.

A refund or other appropriate remedy may be provided where, for example:

  • the product was not delivered properly

  • the file is defective or unusable

  • the product is materially different from its description

  • a refund is otherwise required under applicable consumer protection law
